In today's world it has become a challenge to provide cellular connectivity as an -"anytime,&#13;
anywhere and anyhow" basis. Microwave link is one of the most important parts of this cellular&#13;
service. Only a proper microwave plmming, installation and commissioning can provide the best&#13;
service to the customers. The internship we did in TRX OPTIMIZATIONS, gave us the opportunity&#13;
to learn about how the planning, installing and commissioning is really done in the practical field. So&#13;
this report is about the topics that we have learned in our short intern period. Form this internship we&#13;
have learned how to work in a team. We have also familiarized with a corporate environment. In our&#13;
internship we have gathered lots of knowledge about many real life problems. Some of these&#13;
problems are very interesting and not included in textbook .

Today power sector is facing lots of problems to meet the needs of consumer. Lots of&#13;
organizations are installing their own power system. Transmission of power is a major part of&#13;
power system .Bus-bar, conduit and cable installations are important for the transmission of&#13;
power. This internship provided the opportunity of planning and monitoring the installation of the&#13;
power system. The internship provided the opportunity to learn about the BBT installation. BBT&#13;
installation is very new in our country and it requires knowledge about electrical installation. The&#13;
internship gives the opportunity to work as an executive. Working in practical field was&#13;
challenging. The purpose of the intern ship is fully served by gaining experience in this particular&#13;
field of engineering .

We all know that Bangladesh is a country which has substantial shortage of electricity. It is&#13;
generally stated that at the end of 2009, the demand for electricity is around 5000MW whereas the generation capacity is around only 3000MW, thereby measuring a shortfall of 2000MW,which is increasing day by day. One of the most important factors for a country for development is its power generation capacity. If we want to improve the general condition of our country, then we must find ways to meet our demand for electricity. So in this situation what can us in Bangladesh do? If we want to meet the shortage, then we have to build big power plants. But unfortunately it is not possible due to of lack of financial resources. A good substitute could be renewable energy, like solar panel or wind turbine. Every individual house with solar panel could be an individual power plant. This would reduce dependency on carbon based power plant demand. These renewable projects are somewhat costly. Therefore, it is important for us to efficiently design such system and use the generated energy properly. In our work we have proposed a battery management circuit which will intelligence take necessary steps to use the generated renewable power properly.

It seemed very  attractive to us that the study and construction of hardware will be a good choice for us as an undergraduate project to complete our graduation. All of us have some interest about the RF and distance measuring technology. Although this technology is not new, we expected we will find it very interesting if we study and work on it. Moreover  the construction of Radar will be a highlight and it will be an achievement if we can complete this successfully. Distance measuring devices for terrain which use ultrasonic signals to determine the distance to obstacle in the surroundings are known as ultrasonic radar. It has various types of application.
